Alexander Krutikov
Alexander Viktorovich Krutikov (; born 17 November 1987) is a Russian politician who served as the First Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic in 2019–2021, being responsible for the domestic Arctic policy of Russia.
