Anatoly Vasilyevich Belov (; 1927—1998) was a Soviet religion scholar and atheist propagandist. He was a First Deputy Chairman of the Council for Religious Affairs under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, an expert on Adventism and one of the authors of the ''Atheistic Dictionary'' and ''Atheist Handbook''.
