Octavia Dobre

Octavia A. Dobre is a professor and Canada Research Chair Tier-1 of Memorial University. She is a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada and a Fellow of the IEEE for contributions to the theory and practice of signal intelligence and emerging wireless technologies.

She is the editor-in-chief of the ''IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society'' and former editor-in-chief of ''IEEE Communications Letters''. She is also a member of the board of governors of the IEEE Communications Society. Provided by Wikipedia
