Frank L. Anders

Frank LaFayette Anders (November 10, 1875 – January 23, 1966) was a United States Army soldier who received the congressional Medal of Honor for actions during the Philippine–American War (a.k.a. Filipino Insurrection), 1899-1902. He went on to become a noteworthy engineer, businessman, amateur military historian and politician. Provided by Wikipedia
