Fuad Guliyev

Fuad Halil oghlu Guliyev ( (Latin), Фуад Хәлил оғлу Гулиев (Cyrillic), IPA: [fuˈad χæˈlil oɣˈlu ɡuˈlijef]; Russian: Фуа́д Хали́лович Кули́ев, IPA: [fuˈat xɐˈlʲiləvʲɪtɕ kuˈlʲijɪf]); born 6 July 1941), was the 5th Prime Minister of Azerbaijan.
