John Goldring

Sir John Bernard Goldring (born 9 November 1944, Leicester) is a British judge. He currently sits as the President of the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal, and serves as the Deputy Investigatory Powers Commissioner. He formerly sat on the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Provided by Wikipedia
