Joshua B. Howell

Joshua B. Howell (September 11, 1806 – September 14, 1864) was a Union Army officer during the American Civil War. He served in Southeast Virginia and the Carolinas. He was mortally wounded late in the war following a horse riding accident. Provided by Wikipedia
