Moustafa Youssef () is an Egyptian computer scientist who was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2019 for ''contributions to wireless location tracking technologies'' and a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) in 2019 for ''contributions to location tracking algorithms''.
