Neil Kennedy, Lord Kennedy
Neil John Downie Kennedy, Lord Kennedy (1854 – 12 February 1918) was a Scottish advocate, legal academic and judge. He was a Professor of Law at the University of Aberdeen, and served from 1912 to 1918 as the first chairman of the Scottish Land Court. Provided by Wikipedia
