Thangjam Dhabali Singh (or Dhabali Singh Thangjam) is an Indian pathologist, entrepreneur and the chairman and managing director of BABINA Healthcare and Hospitality Industries Pvt Ltd, a company based in Imphal, Manipur with business activities in healthcare and hospitality industry.
