The discussion in chapter four will concentrate on the special characteristics in the development and management of Timesharing projects as opposed to other forms of traditional real estate. Property Timesharing as a form of investment will be analysed in Chapter Five. Comparative efforts are done to compare the cost of investment for the other type of leisure investment, that is hotel property investment. Chapter Six is concerned about the application of the Timesharing concept in Malaysia today. It attempts to look into the timeshare market and study the legal implications of this concept. The closing chapter concludes with recommendation on the improvements to the application of Timesharing in Malaysia with reference to study made in the precedent chapters. |
