It also looks into the aspects of condominium management and the various methos used in the appraisal (valuation) of condominiums. The study describes the present situation in the condominium within the study area through the analysis of past and present data. The analysis also enabled conclusions to be drawn as to the future of condominium developments within the study area. The study also takes a look at the legal provisions for subdivided building management and discusses the varrious mangement problems encountered by condominium property managers. The various appraisal (valuation) methods used presently by professional valuers locally are described in detail and recommendations are made in detail as to which valuation method is applicable in which situation. Final recommendations are then also made on how the current situation of the condominium market can be improved to ensure that the condominium development will continue to be popular. |
