In addition, the general trend of property values of the area is analized and reasons are given to relate with the trend. A conclusion is the drawn where the problems evident in the area relating primarily to the residential sector are identified and probable solutions are subsequently suggested. A glimpse of the future of Ulu Kelang is looked into, focusing on whether the area will continue to develope rapidly and if so, why? |
