A properly conceived plan also provides a sound basis for determining the physical and human resources required to accomplish the maintenance objectives. The earlier chapters seek to study theoretically the overview on golf course as well as to give a brief explanation on the golf course maintenanceand its planning. The factors which should be given consideration in order to prepare a proper operation plan for golf course maintenance also have been identified. One of the Malaysia's big and established golf course i.e. Royal Johor Country Club has been chosen for the case study. Through the surveyconducted, the factors considered by the course superintendent in preparingthe maintenance plan are determined. Several problems have been identified in maintaining the golf course. Course of action also delivered to overcome the problems and further improve the golf cpurse maintenance in Royal Johor Country Club. |
