| Summary: | The Design Approach: Due to the many requirements and accommodations for the project, the proposed design will only consist of the overall planning of administration offices, conference area and the labiratory complex. A major study on the function, construction and services aspect shall be done on the laboratory. For a clearer and precise understanding in the approach of design for this complex, 4 design elements has been categorized which are:- (i) overall site planning; (ii) the laboratory planning; (iii) technical aspects. Site Planning. This complex consists of 2 main accomodations which are, the office complex and the laboratory complex. The site planning of the complex will be done in accprdance to its different nature and function & placement and zoning of accomodations stresses on organization & functional & order to achieve optimum working efficiency as a technical building. Site planning adheres to strict orientation to the topography and orientation to other dimatic factors. The Laboratory Building. The function of the laboratory building demands functional planning, understanding of its use, accomodation and technicalities.
