Hence, it is the primary objective of this dissertation to prove the velidity of the above mentioned statement by taking Kuala Lumpur,the capital city of a fast developing nation, as the focus of study. In the course ofthis disertation, the writer proposes to dissect the market primarily form three major perspectives, thatiis the analysis of the price trends and elvels as in Chapter II, the analysis of tthe market mechanisms as in Chapter III, and the analysis of the marekmarket spatial characteristics as in Chapter IV. In the final analysis, as argued in Chapter V, the abovementioned statement is not merely an intuition of the writer but is a reality : An urban real property market in a developing nation is definitely somtehing more than that long established fact. |
