| Sammanfattning: | This thesis covers some of the aspects of management in a small business organization, in this case a small bus fabrication company named Badanbas Sendirian Berhad. At the time of the study this company was not yet well established and a proper management did not exist, so the production rate and the labour productivity were low. The main problem faced by this company is the attitude of the workers as a result of low wages. The other problem was the material supply which had seriously affect the production. The company was working to improve its management by introducing some changes in their work method and layout. The thesis presents some of the problems faced by the company, and where possible provides some suggestions to reduce or overcome the problems. |
