Streszczenie: | The AUTO SEARCH SYSTEM for VCR (ASSY) is a microcomputer based operating system for cassette and video players. The main purpose of this system is to provide the user with a more versatile operating facility than can be afforded by most operating systems available in tape machines today. The ASSY system design is based on the principle of fully programmable and automatic control system. The 3 different areas in which thisa system can be performed are : 1. SEARCH. 2. PROGRAMMABLE PLAY. 3. MACHINE TO MACHINE CONTROL. Under the search operation, the system is able to locate any position on a tape accurately, efficiently and automatically. There is also a feature which allows the user to " view " through the tape quickly without having to operate any control. The programmable play operation is a new concept in tape play. The user needs only to dictate which sections of the tape are to be played and also the number of times they are to be repeated. The machine control feature offers the user flexibility in tape to tape recording. Where a "master" tape machine controls one or several " slave " tape machines. The master sends appropriate signals to the "slave" to start or stop recording. |
