For this particular package, we have choosen to use the out-of-kilter algorithm to solve the network optimization problem. The computer code for this algorithm in in TURBO PASCAL (IBM PC). As a result, a full report of the network given containing important informations such as the optimum cost of the network. The result of the process is transmitted to an output device chosen by the user (the screen, printer or another output file). |
