From a modest office at Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the National Audit Department is today majestically housed along with other Departments at Precinct 2 of the Federal Government Administration Centre in Putrajaya. A century is a long period for the National Audit Institution and it has many memories, challenges and changes. It has grown from an establishment of 40 personnel at its inception to its current strength of more than 1,500 personnel. Although many have retired and left the service, the new generation that took over the administration proved that they are capable of carrying on the vision, mission and the objectives of this Institution. |
