| Summary: | The thesis was undertaken to study the SPFKJ's present inventory management systems and identify the shortcomings. It follows by resolving and oversoming by using the PRODSTAR MRP II package. This is an attemptto enhance and upgrade the stock management by computerized method. Thus, it gives a great convenient of updating every transaction's record efficiently. Besides tehat, some inventory transaction recording method are suggested. The thesis also included the ABC analysis report of some selected items form the SPFKJ. Theoperation method of the MRP II package particularly in inventory managementis briefly discussed in this thesis. Through this thesis, the author is earnestly wish that the MRP II package will be fully utilized by the faculty and the small industries as a whole. Also hope that it will become a helpful tool in improving the management efficiency. |
