description | Little Ones Eduworld (LOE), a therapy and learning centre for special needs children, requires a Special Needs Children Onboarding Management System. The manual onboarding procedure at LOE is time-consuming, prone to misunderstandings, and causes the loss or damage of documents. The project employs the Laravel framework to resolve these concerns and build an effective and automated system. The goals include analyzing the current system, developing the Special Needs Children Onboarding Management System, and assessing its functionality. The first chapter emphasizes the need for an enhanced induction management system by highlighting the difficulties associated with the manual process. The second chapter examines the significance of such a system for individuals with special needs by comparing existing systems. The chapter analyzes three onboarding management systems used in other contexts. Due to their similarities, the manual approach and Employee Onboarding Management systems— SentricHR, Zoho, and ClearCompany are compared. The proposed project's systems are described, compared, and analyzed. This chapter compares existing systems to establish a good Special Needs Children Onboarding Management System. It sheds light on onboarding management and helps choose the proper methods and tools for the project. The third chapter describes the methodology, concentrating on the proposed design through several diagrams and adopting the agile scrum framework. The agile scrum framework is used because it supports rapid development and adjustments. The fourth chapter examines the system's implementation and testing, presenting the results and discussions from user acceptability testing. Ten modules cover onboarding management. The system development uses Laravel, XAMPP, Mailtrap and MySQL. The chapter also discusses user acceptance testing results and stakeholder comments. Chapter 4 shows that the system works effectively, but it needs upgrades. Lastly, chapter 5 discusses constraints and potential progress. The Special Needs Children Onboarding Management System is a valuable solution that improves LOE's overall efficiency and management. The project effectively implements the agile scrum framework, demonstrating its expansion and development potential. |
