description | The existing strength training fitness products have the problems of single-use group and function. First of all, this paper takes the universal design as the research criterion, finds out the design pain point of the product to realize the strength training generalization, and proposes to use water as the medium to solve the problems of different groups when carrying out strength training because the products can not meet the different training intensity, universal safety, and training parts. Then, the products can be generalized to different groups and their diversified training needs. Finally, the design scheme is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and compared with the best strength training universal products on the market, so as to verify that water as the medium is feasible for effectively realizing the product generalization in different groups and diversified training needs. |
