In the actual laser communication link, random angular jitter and bias error are important components that affect the laser communication performance. Therefore, in this study, we develop the fiber-coupling efficiency for a Gaussian-beam propagating horizontally through weak-to-strong anisotropic non-Kolmogorov turbulence in the presence of random angular jitter and bias error. The effects of anisotropic factors, power law, random angular jitter, and bias error, on the fiber-coupling efficiency are then evaluated. This study will be beneficial for the optimization of free-space optical communication systems and will enhance the understanding of optical wave propagation in anisotropic non-Kolmogorov link.
