(PAH) being the leading causes of death. Here we report, case of an elderly female patient presenting with Diffuse SSc with multiple
uncommon pulmonary manifestations like ILD with Usual Interstitial Pneumonia (UIP) pattern (usually less common), PAH and right
sided pleural effusion. |
