Description
Summary:The aim of the investigation is the study of the regularity of the phenotypic manifestation of the transcriptional activity of the nucleus-forming chromosome regions on the level of the basic proteins of erythrocyte cell membranes as a cytogenetic marker of some predisposition to the arterial hypertonia. The comparative analysis of patients with arterial hypertonia and those predisposed to it demonstrated for certain a less 10АgЯОР activity in comparison with the remaining population, conditioning a less active erythrocyte membrane protein synthesis in them, than that in the remaining individuals, which contributes considerably to the arterial hypertonia development. This allows us to regard the 10АgЯОР level as a cytogenetic marker of predisposition and further development of the arterial hypertonia in a human being.
