description
This research aims to assess the behavior of attention to diversity in the teaching-learning process of primary school children, in the Seminary "Simon Bolivar Palacios, belonging to the municipality of Santiago de Cuba. A diagnostic study of the aforementioned process was carried out, and a set of instruments was applied, among which is: the observation of classes, the analysis of documents, the interview and the survey of teachers and directors of said school. In the study carried out it was found that there are insufficiencies in the teaching-learning process of primary school children, as well as insufficient pedagogical resources on the part of teachers to attend to school diversity. It also verifies the need to elaborate a psychopedagogical alternative whose diversified approach allows to promote the developer learning in the sixth grade students of the Simón Bolívar Palacios Seminary to mitigate the insufficiencies detected.
