Определено понятие, организационный состав финансово-промышленных групп и особенности интеграции банковского и промышленного капитала в Украине. Проанализировано современное состояние и тенденции создания финансово-промышленных групп. Установлены ключевые проблемы развития, а также степень влияния ФПГ на отечественную экономику и инвестиционную деятельность. Определены основные направления активизации и повышения уровня развития ФПГ в Украине. |
