description | The present work aims to analyze the links between law and literature in Argentine history from the beginning of the 19th century to the present. From the theoretical frameworks that investigate the relationship between law and literature, the possible articulation and operation of literary productions around the legal space will be studied. Different will be his narratives on the normative deployment, the use of force, the protection of bodies, the exclusion of otherness and the construction of subjectivity. The tension between aesthetics and normativity opens new channels of theming and interdisciplinary studies from the philosophy of law. |
