It is suggested that educational institutions pay special attention to career development and personnel management in the field of human resource management, so that teachers and staff can continuously grow and develop, providing a source of strength for the development of the institution. To motivate employees, management should pay attention to health factors, working conditions and wages, combine material incentives with spiritual potential, stimulate the work of employees, maintain enthusiasm and potential, develop and strengthen abilities, encourage creativity through scientific and rational relationship between staff effort and performance, and the relationship between reward and personal attractiveness.
