Massive pheochromocytoma
Abstract Complications of pheochromocytoma, such as hypertensive emergency, can be critical. Clinicians should recognize that pheochromocytoma is not uncommon in patients with large adrenal tumors, and screening should be undertaken prior to any intervention.
