Summary:Introduction: In this study, we aimed to compare the attachment styles and emotion regulation difficulties of adolescents with psychiatric disorders and healthy adolescents, and to examine the factors affecting attachment styles and emotion regulation difficulties. Material-methods: In this case-control study, DSM-5 diagnostic system was used for psychiatric diagnoses of adolescents, Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale-Short Form (DERS-SF) was used to measure adolescents' levels of emotional dysregulation, and Relationships Scales Questionnaire(RSQ) was used to assess attachment styles.
