Summary:Splenic artery aneurysm is relatively common but usually asymptomatic. Rarely it may rupture. Treatments options for symptomatic and asymptomatic large aneurysm are surgery with or without splenectomy and endovascular closure with coil embolization or stent graft. We report a case of stent closure of a large incidental fusiform aneurysm arising from proximal splenic artery.
