Summary:  As for the Umayyad era, the Umayyad caliphs sat down to look into the grievances as well, but justice was not achieved in the way that the Muslims aspired to, because there is a discrepancy in the treatment of the subjects, especially with the people of the House (PBUH) and their followers, and this is clear through the many revolutions that took place against their unjust rule, and it seems that Their sitting was a formality to ward off criticism and deflect suspicions about the goals of the revolutions that took place against them.
