The method of non-destructive measurement of power thyristor surge current

The article proposes a new method for the non-destructive measurement of one of the most important maximum permissible parameters of surge current power thyristors. The method is based on continuous control at each moment of time of the dynamic capacitance, the changing in the nature of the tim...

Description
Summary:The article proposes a new method for the non-destructive measurement of one of the most important maximum permissible parameters of surge current power thyristors. The method is based on continuous control at each moment of time of the dynamic capacitance, the changing in the nature of the time dependence of which predicts the destruction of the semiconductor structure.
