Summary:In the process of motion on a logistic chain material streams pass the stages from development and production to the sale and after sale service, adding or reducing a value to the products. Analysing the chainlets of the added value and expenses of suppliers, consumers, and also motion of streams into a company, an enterprise can promote profitability and reduce the expenses of resources on the different stages of life cycle due to their optimization and effective management. Actuality of this problem is underlined also by the tendencies of increase of energy efficiency and economy of all types of resources. The article presents the development of resource management model material flows of the organization on the example of logistics companies. The proposed model based on the process approach, allows to reduce the cost of production at various stages of product distribution through cost optimization.
