However, when the province is analyzed in terms of using modern agricultural vehicles, as result of lack of not benefiting form the lands enough, it is seen that there are serious structural problems. In this study; the most important issues of the structural features such as agricultural features and geographical dispersion of the lands, irrigation situation, agricultural business structure, mechanization, using quality germs (seeds) using chemical fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, farmer organizations, capital, transportation and marketing are examined |
