future. Using a qualitative approach, a case study was performed with data collected through semi-structured interviews, in addition to documentary data provided by the company. It was observed
that the agricultural development program was created to ensure the supply flow of passion fruit for the company studied, with the provision of technical assistance and minimum price to producers
being examples of some of the strings attached. The results obtained so far have been positive both in the perception of the producers and employees, but some aspects can be improved. The program has been shown as an instrument of formalization of a partnership between producer and industry, but there is no expectation, at least for now, of this program expanding into other products. |
