The approach of the subjectis a more practical one, because few texts were written about the new Criminal Code, at the moment of itsentrance into force, the doctrinaires will need to know the differences and the innovations brought by it. Theresult is meant to increase the understanding of the new text and to enrich the analysis and synthesis of thenew Criminal Code. |
