Third, the Bundeswehr's way of dealing with homosexuality, and fourth, the questions concerning the prosecution of homosexuals during the so called Third Reich and the linked question, whether homosexuals should receive compensation. Jakobi shows that even though homosexuality was further decriminalised and depathologised during the 70s, no radical changes within society and therefore no normalisation of homosexuality took place. |
