Summary:This paper analyses the court decisions of the European Court of Human Rights reached in proceedings against the Republic of Croatia and which directly or indirectly have influenced administrative adjudication process in the Republic of Croatia. In that sense, firstly and briefly court decisions which were reached in the wider context of the protection of the right to trial within a reasonable timeframe are analysed. Then, the paper analyses several new court decisions of the European Court of Human Rights which are directly related to administrative adjudication. In conclusion, how the Republic of Croatia must continue to monitor the practice of the European Court and attempt to harmonise administrative adjudication with it is pointed out.
