Description
Summary:Human freedom requires the ability to release oneself. Responsible shaping of the process of will requires consistency (internal and external) in the dialogue (internal and external). The second part of the paper (the first was published in issue 4, 2018) attempts to methodically approach the source of freedom — the place where the inner “speaking” is revealed in us. The more a person relates to this inner “talk to him/herself”, the freer he/she is, and, at the same time, more responsible. Practical work to achieve freedom in psychotherapy is demonstrated by the example at the end of the article.
