Static calibration problems, such as TLC illumination angle or illumination intensity, are solved and conclusions are drawn for the application of such a measurement. Dynamic experiments also indicate a certain time delay (around 50 ms) of the applied TLC measurement layer, which is very important to know for dynamic experimental methods, but the error and inaccuracy of the experiment is too high to draw conclusions. |
