description | Development status of metering technology of pipeline gas flow of coal mine was introduced, and advantages and disadvantages of orifice flowmeter, vortex flowmeter, Pitot tube flowmeter, swirlmeter and V-cone flowmeter were analyzed. Solutions were proposed for the impact of impurities in gas and changes of gas concentration on metering accuracy of gas flow. V-cone flowmeter was advised for main pipe, stem pipe and branch pipe, and inserted flowmeter with multiple-point sampling was advised for confluent pipe and evaluation units. A viewpoint was pointed out that the metering of pipeline gas flow of coal mine should select appropriate flowmeter according to different field conditions, working conditions and metering needs. |
