description The description of complex structured systems involves the use of various logical-mathematical and formal-logical methods. Due to them, it becomes possible to identify common patterns that arise when combining, crossing, supplementing multi-person sets. Taking into account the specifics of global business development structures that unite individual business units by conglomerate type, the analysis of organizational processes with the help of formal logic tools is relevant. Objective: as exemplified by international enterprise structure «Formula One» to define the role of Boolean algebra (algebra of events, algebra of sets, algebra of statements) in mathematical operations logics reflecting the validity or falsehood of the axioms which are put forward by the author. Methods and methodological apparatus of research: research methodology is based on Boolean algebra and factorial analysis elements application. Axiomatic statements of algebra of statements are based on the author’s previous research on «Formula One» commercial constituent revealed by the consistency, institutional and ideographic approaches, theoretical systematization methods, analysis and synthesis, specification and generalization, method of analogies, comparative analysis, method of group and classification and also scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, abstraction, additive method; empirical and economical and statistical methods, and others. Main results: practical cases based on application of algebra of events, algebra of statements and algebra of sets are presented. They reflect composite statement valuation on the basis of falsehood or the validity of simple statements. Practical significance: the research of integrating, piercing, addition and a symmetric difference on the event – organizing of «Formula One» stage on a certain venue (in the CIS countries – the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan) shows various aims of stakeholders, and algebra of statements confirms a number of axioms put forward, in particular that «Formula One» influences the national motoring development.
