Description
Summary:Starting from the freedom of expression of the person as a fundamental principle laid down in the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the fundamental principle of the Internet law is unequivocally defined: the principle of the freedom of the Internet, together with other principles such as the principle of privacy protection, the principle of territorial jurisdiction or the principle of interstate cooperation. The Internet and the information society in general also involve the processing of users' personal data, systems processing current data in various fields from education to health, from public administration to on-line trade, placing the individual above the general interest of the economic operator, thus respecting the individual's right to privacy in a global society.
