The main of them are: employers’ requirements to potential workers, the personnel problems influencing quality of services in tourism, the professional qualities necessary for successful employment to the sphere of tourism, an assessment of tourist education level in the region, etc. The authors emphasize necessity of special attention to the issues of vocational training and tourism industry staff retraining for ensuring high level of the offered services. |
