| Summary: | By providing qualified legal assistance to the client, the lawyer must be honest, careful, vigilant and at the right time to fulfill his own obligations in order to promote the interest of the accused. For this reason, as a subject of gathering the evidence, the lawyer is obliged, in case of necessity, to ask the specialist in order to obtain consultations on any issues that arise during the course of the criminal proceeding, the clarification of which requires special knowledges. In the present study the author refers to the possibilities, which the lawyer has today from the point 3), par. (2), Article 100 of the CPP of the Republic of Moldova. |
