A rare case of palmar congenital nevus with sclerodermoid reaction

Key Clinical Message Palmar congenital nevus with sclerodermoid reaction has not been reported. It has the potential of deep extension following the fibrous bundle. The utilization of slow Mohs or frozen sections with immunohistochemistry staining was recommended.
