| description | The article explores the morphology of the residential environment in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny (Republic of Tatarstan). It is proposed to use the concept of multi-apartment residential development morphotype as a homogeneous typological unit that enables classifying residential developments. In the first block of the study, we performed a comparative analysis of theoretical works, defined the concept of "multi-apartment residential development morphotype", and developed a methodology for analyzing the housing stock. The second part of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the residential environment of Naberezhnye Chelny for the purpose of identifying the existing morphotypes of multi-apartment residential development. |
